I had a fun day swimming with the kids. We spent 3 hours in the pool, and right now, I feel like I burned 5,000 calories. According to my scale I burned off a pound.

I made it! I was afraid that I would wake up in the middle of the night and raid the kitchen. LOL
I slept like a log! I'm already looking forward to my juices for today.
Maybe after I become a veteran juicer, I'll try cabbage .  I'm believing that day two will be just as successful as day one.

I'm about to make our juice for day 1. Have you seen the Thai young coconut? We always used that. Don't think we can get that here in TZ though. Good luck!

I just returned to Ghana last night , will come train, let me work my way to 1000 skips.

People need to learn capoeira to move out of the way of your attack☕️☕️☕️

Kwɛ!
Nope, just training to defend myself, my family, my nation and my race.
Akwaaba! It's easy. Usually when I do it, it's in two sets of 500. Once you get past 300 str8, it's a done deal.
It's true. Most aren't interested in learning until they get robbed or attacked. :Kmt:

Why would one live in Kmt and import coconuts from Thailand? Am I missing something?

So true! I know there are great ones for the water. I was just thinking we need to get some of those. However the young ones have meat that is good for many recipes. If I can get young Kmtyw coconut that works for me.
