My new goal is to get to 190, and I will accomplish that goal by increasing the intensity of my workout. Once I hit the new goal I will jump back into Capoeira.
BlackNificent job! They say the stomach is first to come, last to go.

I worked out yesterday and again today with 20 squats, 3X10 leg lifts 3X10 arm/shoulder rolls, arm stretches to ceiling, 30 chest stretches, 30 karate-type punches, high, 10 bird-dogs for waist. I have lost the 5 extra lbs. but working on 5 more since it was so easy to gain 5. I an beginning to see my stomach deflate though not completely flat yet and I see and feel other muscles tightening. I will add walking this weekend.

I just inboxed you the links to the step counter app, the calorie burn app, and the screencast app because I wasn't sure which one you were asking about.

The step counter app will count calories from the workouts if I wear the armband I sent you while I'm working out I don't find it's the best tracker for that though so use a separate app. Either way yesterday I didn't wear the armband during the workouts. So the video just showed my steps counted to and from the gym and general walking.

Exhausted from a week of high-intensity workouts.
After five days of intense workouts I needed a rest day. But I did make it out to get a little bit of vitamin D with a quick walk to the post office to mail a letter.

I really didnt have to go there to mail the letter. I had to walk past my building mailbox and the mailbox on the corner to get there. I've been pushing myself to not always take the easiest option when walking further or parking further are options to give me more exercise.

The speed of convenience usually isn't the healthiest option.

You are out and about a lot more than me these days.
What happened to your fitness challenge? What's your start weight and where are you now? I went from 204.8 to 186.4 (18.4 pounds lost).

No protein centered wraps for me. This is 4 oz of lettuce, onions, alfalfa sprouts,   and homemade vegan tarter sauce rolled into a wrap.

Now this is a wrap.

This looks delicious. Are you using the lettuce to wrap the rest of it or are you using a flatbread?

Alfalfa sprouts have up to 35% protein. Beef 20-25%. Next time don't use sprouts if you want to cut down on protein intake
