Great Post Sis,
Love it! Yes this very much a process. You're doing great. 9/5 is right around the corner. Looking forward to celebrate with you.

LOL (clearly I didn't make it the full seven days). BUT I learned a lot!I realize I need to prepare more mentally or even not have any external stimuli.  It seems the moment I had to deal with work, things went downhill.
I am proud of myself though. Because I've identified some behaviors I need to work on. So I don't feel like it was a total loss.  I have been diligent with working out consistently.  No less than 5xs a week. At least 3 or 4 days I do 2 a days.  My mid section and triceps leave a lot to be desired, but I will take a moment to appreciate my deltoids and biceps. I'm happy with the definition coming along.
One thing I am learning more and more in this journey is to be kind to myself.

Sounds like you made great progress. The self discovery is the key to making long term changes.

Thanks I did make great progress and everyone loves the Pineapple/Lemonade recipe in the Optimum Fast book!  I had house guests that helped themselves to the little smidgen I had leftover from the day before. Three people managed to make 8 ounces go a long way. LOL They enjoyed it so much they were planning to get a juicer when they made it back to Cali! I'm looking forward to trying the vegan alfredo recipe this weekend.

Last night 30 minutes on the punching bag, 1000 skips on the jump rope (2 sets of 500), 10 bench presses, 10 bicep curls, 200 leg lifts, 10 shoulder presses, 300 crunches, 50 ab rolls, 10 butterfly shoulder lifts, 10 reverse tricep lifts

This morning
1000 skips on the jump rope (2 sets of 500), 10 x 2 bench presses, 10 x 2 reverse tricep lifts, 300 leg lifts, 500 crunches, 50 ab rolls, 10 butterfly shoulder lifts, 10 x 2 shoulder presses, 20 minutes on the heavy bag, 30 (the kind  @Agya Yaw doesn't understand the benefits of) + 10 bicep curls, then my regular smoothie. This is week 3 of my smoothie/juice/raw fast.
I had Ceylon tea this morning though, so I think technically, I may have just broken it (as the leaves were "cooked" to produce the tea)

Too many breaks. You don't get to chill between rounds or combinations in real life.
