They are ground up superfoods. Why no coconut?

The coconut thing might be mental.  Bad experience with spoiled coconut milk when I was a kid.

Lol are you getting addicted to working out? I just came home from my third work out of the week and I'm already ready for my fourth later tonight.

Yes I am, I'm at work right now and I'm amped up, I can't wait to step into the gym. I've got a meeting at 1 pm and after, I'm sprinting to the gym after the meeting. The brother in the vid below has me fired up!

The powders are nutrient centered drinks. If the same ones I'm referencing when I say I have nutrient drinks everyday.

TODAY WAS AWESOME!

Woke up reflected on being grateful

Power walk to the gym so I was already sweating when I walked in the door

Worked out hard in my Zumba class and drank 44 oz of water already.

Me and one other girl from Zumba sometimes have the tendency to improv our own individual choreography on some of the songs.

After class today the instructor came up to us and he invited us to find the song, create choreography and she'll let lead the workout for that song.

We were so excited we met and danced for another hour after class before I power walked home.

Only 2 p.m. and still got more water nutrients salad and working out to do. I feel super energized from all this and everyone's post this morning. Let's get it!

Sounds that way. Just crack the young coconut and get the water.

Although I don't post daily I am still in the challenge. My clothes are fitting better and above all I like how I look and feel. Maybe I'll get back to my pre-children-weight of 105lbs.:D Don't think I want to go that far. Finished my nutrient drink that looks like Nataki's with nutrient powders, moringa, chlorella, added banana and blueberries. Good energy. Keep it up family we will be fit to lead a nation.:soldiert:
