I'm exactly 6'0"
I may decide to dip into the 170s, but I'm more on trading fat for muscle than getting lighter for lightness' sake. I'm cognizant of diminishing returns if I get too light as I still have to grapple with heavy folks like @Nii Armah weekly.

Yup it does put it in perspective......especially since I used to be very athletic back in the day.  Used to play ball almost every day all day on weekends. Loved running.   Not so sure about ball again but still like running/walking

Basketball?
I knew runners whose knees got jacked up. I decided to take the fight side of the fight or flight equation. I run rarely, but I find ways to keep my cardio and stamina up. I find swimming to be most helpful as well as the heavy bag.

I was going to share both these certificates on the call yesterday but let's acknowledge these 2 for being the first two to reach every stated goal they shared when they started their challenges.
Congratulations! Awesome work!

It was delicious. I really liked the chic peas mix the best.

this is me at my last national fitness competition in 2012. I have not competed since. My desire is to compete at that level as a vegan without the use of suppliments and enhancers
