You measure a people's potential for liberation based on how different their culture is from their oppressors

I think part of the thing that may get people into the more social aspect of Abibitumi kasa is the UI (user interface). I think some may come to the website and or the mobile application and see the forum format and may associate the site to the something that is more "serious". So maybe some changes to the UI will give more of social networking feel to it.

I would love to hear your thoughts on what sort of social type presentation and/or features you think might be beneficial?

I can create some "mock-ups" and share them here to show some of my ideas.

I I have gotten feedback from some people that the website seems very complex and it's hard to know where to start, what to do or how to access things

I've gotten the same feedback over the years. It's just how forums work. We'll be switching to WordPress soon, though.
