Just received this info from  Dr. Kamau Kambon.
WE better get in gear. I am open to listen to all suggestive solutions  and even possibly conferencing on how WE address this pro-actively before it comes to my or your city.
I got some ideas but no sure solution if this were implemented  in NYC tomorrow.
