TO DECREASE MENSTRUAL FLOW:
Fennel, nettle, blue cohosh, chamomile, thyme, catnip, angelica, amaranth (calaloo), licorice root, shave grass, cayenne, plantain, bayberry bark, shepherd's purse. Boil the herbs in a tea and take internally.

MENOPAUSE:
To increase estrogen levels naturally and relieve hot flashes and other discomforts associated with menopause: blue cohosh, black cohosh, licorice, dong quai, sarsaparilla, passion-flower, holy thistle.

HERBS DURING PREGNANCY:
Red raspberry leaf, alfalfa, blueberry leaf, nettle, comfrey root, strawberry leaf, American elder, white oak bark, sarsaparilla root, cayenne, red clover blossom - strengthens the uterus and prevent miscarriage

TO EASE PAIN DURING LABOR:
Wild cherry (inner bark), spikenard, blue cohosh, black cohosh, squaw vine, shepherd's purse, sweetsop leaf, peony, cayenne, wormwood

MORNING SICKNESS:
Peach leaves, catnip, alfalfa, cinnamon, cloves, mint, ginger, sage, hops, lemongrass

HERBS TO AVOID DURING PREGNANCY:
Mandrake, rue, pennyroyal, dong quai, aloe, semi-contrac, Mexican tea, wormgrass, cerasee, buckthorn

Nettle increases breast milk and removes mucus from chest and breast
Fennel seeds increase breast milk and tone the uterus
Licorice tones all female organs, increases breast milk
Tumeric purifies breast milk
