...crakkker worship (fka christianity) that is.

Just as fast food joints simply repackage the same old junk and write "new" on the packaging, today's new age spirituality is essentially re-packaged crakkker worship with some "new" terms.

One example is so-called "radical forgiveness" [caution crakkker content] which basically says that anything adverse that happens to you is your own fault and thus in order to "heal" you have to forgive that which caused your issue. So, if a person cheats me out of some money, it's really my own fault because I probably had a thought of cheating someone else out of some money, and therefore I need to forgive the thief (my enemy).

Sound familiar??? "radical forgiveness" = "forgive your enemy"

Can any family members give insight into other newly repackaged concepts from crakkker worship that have taken root among our people? They system is very slick, so we gotta stay vigilant.

"...crakkker worship (fka christianity)"... aka christ-insanity... aka terror worship

Another example is insistence of "sharing" so-called Kmtyw spirituality with non-Kmtyws. I just had a sista who was talking about advertising the site on her radio show in exchange for taking Yoruba classes....the breaking point? You guessed it...the classes not being open to non-Kmtyws would offend her listening audience...well, tell them "adios!" :hello:

Kmtyw centered educational institutions.

I've seen several examples of the teachers using idioms and references from crakkker worship. The student doesn't understand the reference/idiom (cuz they aint practicing crakkker worship) and asks the teacher to break it down. The teacher then explains by teaching the student about the story/concept in crakkker worship...

All growing up when i told people i didn't know their reference they would insist on smearing it on me despite my fingers in my ears and my "la-la-la-la-la" :sankofa:
