When you translate it LITERALLY. Yes! But it was not meant to be taken literally. That's why it's "Kasakoa". Kasakoa is a sentence by which one uses to say something, without revealing what it actually means.
 Here is a clear example of "Kasakoa": For example, I WANT TO HAVE SEX WITH THE WOMAN is "Mepɛ sɛ MEDI Maame no".
 But if I want to use "Kasakoa" to say the same thing,
 1. Mepɛ sɛ MEFA Maame no. Or,
 2. Mepɛ sɛ MEWE Maame no.
 So, as you can see, "Mere kɔyi menan" literally means I'm going going to remove my leg. But it is the kasakoa for I'm going to the bathroom to use the toilet, or I'm going to remove my Bowel. I'M GOING TO REMOVE MY BOWEL IS THE PERFECT ONE when you use such Kasakoa as Mere kɔyi menan
