Man this is timely.  Just had a conversation with my oldest son about one of his childhood friends who is now a NJ state trooper.  He said he tried to ask him how he could be part of a racist organization.  They were talking about the latest out of bmore and other issues.   His friend says there is no racism anymore.  So my son says to me he is lost.  I tell him he is well miseducated.    He is a product of a Miseducation system and is actually right according to what he learned.  I think I will share this video as well.  The more you are educated the more miseducated people will sound crazy.  He is learning.

The stories about kids growing up and being "different" bring back memories.

Similar situation. A brother I went to school with who repatriated to Ghana at one point returned to the u.s. to become a sheriff. Go figure.
What memories of childhood?
