This very same tactic was done by the state of Missouri to two of its major cities, Kansas City and St. Louis. This act of seizing control of the police departments of these cities, which police are always para-military units, was done during the civil war to prevent the police guns and power from being used in an abolition cause. I do believe now the St. Louis Police is back under control of the St. Louis City thanks to Congressman William Clay, Jr consistent efforts whilst serving as a commissioner of the St. Louis Police Board of Commissioners. But look back at the slavery era, police originally began as slave patrols. Most communities were actually guarded by secret cults of Christian and Catholics combining for community watch. So there are 3 forces in American/Western societies, they are the military, the police and community watch groups. You have to read about the Dragonades, sometimes called booted missionaries to understand what part the Church plays in keeping order. Remember its law and order, the police keep law but who keeps order? Since we know order refers to spiritual. Even in Kmt certain cults keep the spiritual order, even the king feared certain cults and societies as they were vast and held in them some of the most richest, powerful and wealthy members of the kingdom/empire.

But to stay on topic, police in Baltimore are no different than anywhere else. They are Freemasons, Christian occultists, many are KKK members, they kill Blackmen daily. Many Black officers take part in this foul act as well and/or keep it secret how many Blacks are murdered by White Cops, framed and which judges, prosecutors, clerks, etc, are in on the dirty deed. The life of a poor Black means nothing to these people other than slave labor in the prison industrial complex. Otherwise they want a Blackman dead, dead, dead! Baltimore and many cities like St. Louis, Kansas City and Chicago, are just human cleansing areas to get rid of Black population. Many Blacks in the U.S would do better by moving away from these Urban killing zones and making a life in the country.
