    (My question is not why a cop would shoot a black man. My question is why a black man would call a cop "Sir"???
  Cops were "executing a seach warrant"...oh yeah they were "executing" alright but is was no search warrant. Are These guys bipolar? They can't walk with an umbrella and they try to walk with guns??? Or did they go to kill him because he called about drug dealing??
