Looking to find a replacement copy of one of my all-time favorite books that I lost in a house fire back in 2011 (6252). The book is entitled, MAGNETIC WISDOM: Maxims, Axioms, Proverbs and Sayings for the Soul by Rhem Hotep. There is a paperback version and a digital (eBook) version that were initially commercially available, yet the book hasn't been available for quite some time now. Originally, I had the paperback version, yet either version is fine. I have tried contacting numerous Black bookstores, Bookfinder, Amazon and even the publisher (1st Book Library), yet to no avail I have never found a replacement copy (the publisher hasn't heard from the author in 7 or so years).

I'm figuring the Brother might have made his transition to the ancestral realm, as he (or his family) have never bothered to authorize another printing of the book. This book helped me through a lot of tough times in my life, and was both an instrumental and favorite book during my initial introduction into "cultural-consciousness" and my own Kmtyw self-knowledge/personal development.

Does anyone have a copy (paperback OR digital)  that I could purchase from them, or that they could donate to me?? Any information or advice on where and how I could obtain a replacement copy of this personally-treasured book would be greatly appreciated.
