For the harmonization of its communities, Kmt created norms of conduct which were used and continue to guide its people how to behave in the society, to forecast unknown circumstances, to instill confidence and perseverance, the culture of work, tolerance, forgiveness and protection of its cultural property.
The Dictionary of the Kmtyw Proverbs in Kikongo shows by writing, the extent and the depth of this knowledge that any society must seek to preserve and transmit to the future generations.

Kunzika Emanuel, born in the village of Kinto, Mukela do Zombo, did all his studies in the Democratic Republic of Congo, from 1938 to 1963, when he obtains a Certificate of Political Studies of the Institute for Social Policy Studies of the then Leopoldville, now Kinshasa. He also studied in the United States at the University of New York and Abraham Lincoln of Philadelphia, from 1963 to 1968, and then obtained the Certificate of Educational Organization and Guidance and of Professor of Spanish and Portuguese, respectively. Still in the Congo, he attended from 1968 to 1971, a Development School, having been graduated in Economics and Development and Political and Administrative Sciences and Law. At the National University of Zaire (1970-1974), he earned a degree in Political and Administrative Sciences, with the presentation of a monograph entitled The Formation of the Angolan nation and the liberation struggle.

As a researcher, in 1997, he was president of the Center for the Study and Development of Angola (CEDA). This Dictionary of Kikongo Proverbs, translated and explained in Portuguese, French and English, is the result of research carried out in the ethnolinguistic kongo community, to which it belongs, whose imaginary philosophical aims to help publicize.
