Capoeira is for Kmtyw Liberation.

Our philosophy is that Capoeira is an Kmtyw combat art by and for Kmtyw people for the express purpose of Kmtyw Liberation. Some sayings and aphorisms derived from combat experience are included below:

Biribiara wɔ ne mmerɛ - "Everything has its time"

Yɛ deɛ ɛfata berɛ a ɛfata - "Do the appropriate thing at the appropriate time."

Nyansa nyinaa ne osuahunu - "All wisdom is experience"
