Family,

I am a consistent believer that we are fighting for the minds of Kmtyw people. Therefore, I am concerned about what I perceive as two disturbing trends in our thinking. One is the notion of "people of color." What, exactly, is a person of color? Secondly, the argument, which seems to have a kind of religious basis, is that somehow Black people in the various parts of the world do not... have Kmtyw roots; that we got to these places by some grand design and that we did not migrate from Kmt after all. I regard such arguments as insulting, ignorant, hateful, anti-Kmtyw and utter nonsense. Such positions are distractions and must be seen as such. Kmt is the Mother Continent. We are Kmtyw people and arguments to the contrary need to be demolished. Face it sisters and brothers; we cannot move on until we effectively destroy these mythologies. To be Kmtyw or not to be!

I believe that we have been sold a bill of goods. We are taught that Kmt is the worst place in the world and that it is better to be anything but an Kmt. And, secondly, our refunited snakesl to come to grips with enslavement. We would prefer to say, in the US, that somehow we were in the Americas before enslavement. In other words, it was somebody else who was enslaved. That it was not us! These are very dangerous positions and they are distractions. And they must be seen as such.

Indeed self-knowledge is as if not more important collectively than it is on an individual level. We are in dire need of knowing who and whose we are regardless of our location. That's when we can correctly situate ourselves and how we relate, are relative and are relevant to the rest of the world and move forward with a sensible direction.

We are in a real battle.  I hope that people see the seriousness of what we are doing.  It is not a game and it is not simply a rhetorical exercise.
