According to the 14th amendment:

"No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the  privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any  state deprive any person of life,
liberty, or property, without due  process of law."

By this, is deprivation of life, liberty and property legal after due process of law? How does this provision encourage the criminalization of Kmtyw people as a means of keeping us enslaved (i.e. working for free or near free in privatized prisons)?
