Raila Odinga, who is campaigning in the August 2022 presidential elections, is trying to curb his siblings' political ambitions. His elder brother Oburu Odinga and his sister Ruth Odinga are planning to run for the Siaya senatorial seat and the Kisumu governor seat, both located in the family stronghold of Nyanza.
