If this bill is passed, and becomes law, your words and actions could be considered terrorism. S 1959 EVISCERATES FREE SPEECH, and empowers the govt. to declare ANYTHING they deem an "extremist belief system" to be a terrorist, potentially they define you a terrorist by your words which they don't like -- equate you with a mass-murderer because you disagree with administration policies --, stripping you of US citizenship and all the protections of constitutional law -- and the Supreme Court seems to have no inclination to invalidate such an act -- subjecting you to torture, and/or execution, with no habeas corpus rights, no ability to challenge even in the US Supreme Court.

They don't like being told they are murderers and thieves -- so they turn their murderous power on you for attempting to expose them -- they accuse you of "recruiting terrorism" -- terrorism now a thought crime, the thought of how nice it would be if the government did not create false-flag terror to plunder Americans and Moslems for Neocon supremacy.

This law is even worse than the Alien and Sedition Acts imposed by the Federalists (Hamiltonians) to silence the Jeffersonians. Those acts led to Shay's Rebellion. Wouldn't it be better to stop this new monster before it gets started?

Contact your Senator and let them know they will be looking for another job if they vote yes on this bill, which is now introduced into the Senate as S.1959 THIS BILL **MUST NOT** BECOME LAW, PERIOD.

Background on HR 1955:

On Oct. 23, 2007, HR 1955 the "Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007" was passed by the House with 404 members voting in favor of this blatantly unconstitutional bill. This bill is essentially a thought crime bill with wording so vague that it could easily be used against any group or person espousing dissenting views from that of the government.

WE MUST NOT LET THIS BILL BECOME LAW!!!

HR 1955 has now been sent to the Senate Committee for Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs for review before going to the Senate floor for vote. Let's contact our committee members and our state Senators via letters, email, and phone calls and let them know that this is unacceptable.
