It's day 5! We have identified habits to start. We have found habits to do more of. Now it's time to look for those habits and behaviors that we need to stop doing.

Now what? Spend the next couple of days observing how these bad habits and behaviors are showing up in your life. I'll be back in soon with the next phase. Let me know how this is resonating with you or what you've discovered.

Working in manhattan I used to eat out a lot for lunch (expensive). My wife did most of the cooking.  Now that I do salads and smoothies I don't eat as much.  I also am packing my lunch if I am away from home ....trying to get better!

Let's continue with becoming who we need to be to reach our goals. Here's your assignment should you choose to accept it. Everyday for the next few days write down what triggers you and leads you down the path to your BAD habits. Who is a trigger? What is a trigger? Where are you triggered? When are you triggered?  Share what you discover below if you feel comfortable.
