I've been in conversations recently with colleagues who work in "Kmtyw Studies" arguing out a gazillion reasons for why they don't support either the cars or phones made here in Ghana. Again, this isn't an isolated issue.

The thing is these are just symptoms of the same disease. And none of the reasons they give in all these seemingly different contexts are the actual reason.

I suspect that ignorance of what's available to use in our community and how it can suit my needs is the primary issue. How something can suit our needs may require one to consider a contextual scope much larger than our daily mundane situation.

That sounds logical, but the main issue is defectors who are highly active and then rush off to digital integrationism

For defectors, I would be sure to humbly request an exit survey to discover specific needs my platform has not addressed and be sure to follow up with marketing any improvements.
