Instead of doing back-to-back Sundays. I was thinking 2nd and 4th or 1st and 3rd of every month. But let's see what others prefer.

1 pm works for me ,twice a month  is ok with me. 1st and 3rd Sunday or 2nd and 4th Sunday works for me.

We have not as you have said you prefer 3pm and @Agya Kwaku has said 1pm. We seem to be in agreement with Sunday. So the specific time we met needs to be worked out and agreed from everybody.

If we start at 3pm ET we will have to use a classroom other than the Akan Classroom since Obadele's classes starts at 3pm. This is one of the reasons I was pushing for an earlier time. We will probably need to use the Abibitumi Kasa Main Classroom if we stick with this time.  In terms of Skype vs Google Hangouts for the classroom, my preference is Hangouts.

Our first meeting can be Jan 29 (the 4th Sunday). From there we can meet regularly on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Therefore we would meet Jan 29, Feb 12, Feb 26, Mar 12, Mar 26, Apr 9, Apr 23, May 14, May 28....

Check your schedules and see how all of these dates are for you @ 3pm. (I will miss Apr 9). If all agree, we can get rolling on format of the sessions.

An earlier time is best for me too. Feb 12 I may miss but shud be cool for the rest. My schedule for work is somerimes last minute but I can work around it as much as possible.
