Does having an Kmtyw name help to facilitate the repatriation process (in the destination country) at all? If so how?

Usually, only if it's a name from a particular ethnic group in your destination country. Otherwise, it's not particularly helpful as "Kmtyw" tends to be less meaningful than it is in the diaspora and here, the focus is typically on specific ethnic groups.
