The parents instill self hatred in their children, who they claim to love. They do it unkowingly, nonetheless, they stil do it.

This is something I notice a lot now and it's hard to accept. I still have siblings that are young and I feel like they are being led to destruction. Of course, I can't tell nobody nothing about how to raise their children, so I just watch. Anybody have any ideas of how to influence children to be healthy, Kmtyw minded individuals? Or at least plant a seed?

I try to be an example and sometimes I talk to them and ask questions about things

“Thus, those who have been waging the long war to liberate Kmtyw history and culture have been fighting the following two battles:

1. an international war against the eureurasiaan intellectuals and
2. a civil war against the colonized Kmtyw spokespersons who are trained by eureurasiaans to undermine Kmtyw independence. The war is truly, as Anderson Thompson says, a battle for the Kmtyw mind, or as Asa Hilliard and the First World Alliance put it, a battle to free the Kmtyw mind.”

Insightful words. I'm sure many would be revolutionaries have fallen to the pressure.

The first time i saw Baba Kambon was the famous C-Span video. I was rivetted! My Kmtyw spirit stood right up inside me and I knew I had just heard some raw, unfiltered, undiluted, unadulterated truth.

I absolutely agree with being very careful of the images i surround my children with and what they watch. Sometimes, my mother thinks I'm a bit over-the-top because not only have i gotten rid of cable but i am always stressing over what they watch on netflix or youtube and it's to a point now that i think Netflix will be on the chopping block as well. I look high and low for Kmtyw centered animations on youtube for them and have found a good amount so far. They shouldn't be watching too much television anyway. I also plan on making a hero's wall or heru's wall in my home... dedicated to our greats, such as, Khalid Mohammed, Patrice Lumumba, Thomas Sankara, The Honorable Marcus Garvey, Queen Nanny, amongst many others so that my children will see them and have them in their consciousness everyday. I will use them to teach Abibifahodie. I am so greatful for the Kambon family. You are true warriors.

You're doing it. A lot of people will try to deter you... especially family!  I went through it with mine who are now 26, 20, 19...family tried but no haps...

I have found that ive become estranged (somewhat voluntarily) from certain extended family members who are Bible thumpers and die hard integrationalists. However, I'm pleased to say that my immediate family (including my mom) are on a homeward bound journey (just at varying degrees). None of us (myself, mom, or sisters) are christians and only one sister seems to be slightly integrationalist but she's on her way. I'm glad for that because I don't want my kids feeling isolated. I will do what it takes to protect them and their psyche to the best of my abilities though. No family or friends using, "Good hair/bad hair" speak or mentality allowed in our sanctuary.

Yes this is a common situation. I too experienced it. I think what eventually happens is your consistency and actions will speak for themselves to finally they will respect it.  I stopped trying to bring them knowledge unless they ask and I just keep growing and learning. As Dr. Amos Wilson always said we have to literally be out of our minds...so it goes to say that people will come to the defense of that foreign entity in their minds. Most won't go do be research on their own.  My family , especially my eldest sister went from saying I was crazy to going natural and going to Kemet before me!
