This is an EXCELLENT write-up on the correct orthography. I'm going to send it to a colleague who advocates "write-what-you-hear." It should be noted that the article is for Asante Twi orthography only as Akuapem and Unified Akan have different spelling conventions.

This student says the overwhelming majority of it looks correct. But our resident expert will weigh in and let us all know the deal. Just testing myself :-).
