What advice can you all provide on traveling to the continent with a child und r 5 who has never been vaccinated? Would you recommend th m getting vax? Which ones? Avoid them altogether?

Hello Rykiell.  If at all in anyway I would look to avoid a vaccination. But I do not have the experience to advise specifically.
