When saying happy birthday to someone younger, do you drop the "Ẹ" in "Ẹ kú ọjọ́ ìbí" and say "Kú ọjọ́ ìbí"?

Kò tọ́pẹ́. The o isn't necessary, but you could say it and it wouldn't be wrong.
