@kevlew That black bean burger didn't get a chance to be great tonight, lol.  Threw together quinoa, sautéed in grape seed oil, red onions, pepper & sea salt...added in fresh spinach...placed that over lentils. Sliced sweet potatoes browned and seasoned with ginger powder, cinnamon, sea salt, and red pepper flakes....topped with a drizzle of agave. Kinda delicious 😏
