Adhering to which ideology/lifestyle produces the least concrete/tangible results in one's life and living conditions (including, but not limited to food/water, clothing, shelter, security, kwk).

I really do not know, since there are a few I have not used/followed/adopted. Therefore I do not know how ineffective they really are or maybe . Also, some of the choices I feel are the same or encompass others.

I would think that having used/followed/adopted them would give you a hands-on perspective on effectiveness and/or lack thereof.

There are some on the list I can't comment on its effectiveness or lack of, since I have never adopted them, that's what I mean.

• Integration - lived that reality in my youth, which screwed me up, killed too many brain cells. That definitely ain't the way to go. Nope.
• Nation of Gods and Earths (5% Nation) - lots of laughs with these cats. I knew a lot of them, a lot and only knew one that was really serious about it. This movement seems pretty much dead now though. At least where I am. Nope.
  
• Christianity - was never made to go to church. I consider that a bullet dodged. Nope.
• Rastafarianism - like the spirit in them but the bible thing always turned me off, and the weed. Although, I been known to partake in my past:D. Although, I have known some that said they don't/didn't smoke weed. Nope.
• Hebrew Israelite - honestly these brothers (never met any sister involved) seem a bit off. Nope.
• Nation of Islam - I have to give credit that it was a Farrakhan video I saw that helped awakened me and put me on my current path. I always agreed with their Black pride paradigms but never cared much for their theology. I never bought or could except the Yacoub story. Never felt Islam in general. And when I saw the picture of Fard Muhammad I was like huhhhhh? Of all the Malcolm X tapes/videos I have listen to (and I have the highest regard for him then anybody within our history) the one's where he is preaching in the mosque's are his worst to me by far. Nope.
• Black Socialism - never ran across any of them in my time. A few calling themselves communism I have but white folks were running them. They never talk about spirituality and actually look down on it. And they quote to many eureurasiaans, a few eurasians and no Kmtyws. Nope.

Are you evaluating them on the basis of how insane the ideologies are or the degree to which they provide for food/clothes/shelter/protection?

In my mind the question is interrelated. If I'm insane but have food/clothes/shelter/protection, something ain't right. Same if you reverse the equation. This speaks volumes for any ideology you follow. It must cover mind, body (and where it dwells physically) & spirit. Then you must be able to protect it. I lead you by the way I answered but you can't separate the two, sanity of said ideology and material needs.

Tough question to answer in a few sentences. I would have to think more on that to provide a solid answer. In short, some of the groups have a ratio of 0% - 100% (or 100% - 0%) and then some move toward a more 50%-50% ratio but none are balanced in real terms. From my experience I find all the groups to be heavy on rhetoric. In and of itself that's not a bad thing since the message and platform must be delivered some how.

I hope others join this discussion. I like to read what others have to say.

You may find my answer interesting but Holistic Health. I can speak from experience they cover all areas in a most balance manner but not entirely. They are probably weakest in area of security. But I did received my Kupigana Ngumi instruction from a Holistic Health practitioner.

I do find your answer interesting, though I can see your rationale. I can see them having food covered, but I've seen variability on the clothes, shelter and security piece. Some of the more prominent figures have land/farms/gardens where they may get their shelter on.

One big thing I like about that group is they tend to be minimalists. They seem to be less caught up in wanting the trickets and junk this society wants you to blow your roll and time on. This frees them to have funds to cover the needs.

That's interesting in that most of the trinkets and junk take away from holistic health and those who are into it seem to want to be consistent on that level.
