I am born and raised in New York and live in Brooklyn. Not to long ago I discovered that I am descended from Akans, by way of Jamaica. For quite some time I have been researching Akan spirituality and how I can become involved. Thanks to brothers like Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah and Dr. Kambon, I definitly know which direction I want to go. In searching for spiritual education I have found Afsani which is in D.C. and is quite far from me. The other is Onipa Abusia which is in N.Y. I would really appreciate if someone could advise me on these or any others that would hold up to the standards of brother Kwesi and Dr. Kambon.

Medasi!
