the game is physical. That physicality always trumps finesse.

- Focusing on your limitations lets those limitations
make your decisions for you. Focusing on

concentrate on fully developing

winners seem to have that
winners edge.
Along with this focus on their strengths winners also
have a frightening (to losers) focus on their goals.
 
* Winners always know exactly where they're going.

potential by focusing on improving, not on being perfect.
- Winners turn their focus toward improvements they can
make to become more efficient. You'll note that most
effective, successful people seem to accomplish a great

The most obvious aspects to address with runner's high are the
biological and psychological aspects that can be associated
with it. When the body is put under stress the mind reacts

with runner's high. Endorphins are any of a group of opiate

from opium that elevates mood and reduces pain.
Endorphines in turn are neurotransmitters that are
chemically similar to morphine.1 It has been
realized that the brain responds to morphine
and that morphine receptors are in the brain.
Knowing that human cells have receptors for t
his drug suggests that the body produces
its own morphine like substances. Endorphines
and enkephalins are names given to these

If I may please add to this:

- Winners see something that is not right and make it their duty to be part of the solution

- Winners always work at balancing their energy - mind, body, & soul

- Winners first defeat the enemy within before defeating the enemy without

- Winners do not wait for someone to come and lead

- Winners never compromise their integrity

- Winners are not stuck in an emotional whirlwind of superficiality, consumerism and materialism, but are making attempts to repair the Kmtyw mind and do what they can do to help cure the ills that blights our people by any means necessary

- Winners know that there is no excuse in this society in this day and age to remain in a state of ignorance and
constantly seek knowledge in order to evolve.

- Winners do not drift or fall into things which only serves to hold them back because they already know what they want

-Winners are about being in alignment with Divine Order and have no desire to align with the so-called new world order

- Winners do not look to other cultures or belief systems to find themselves or to define themselves or the world

- Winners do not need a throne to know that they are Queens/Kings

- Winners do not wait for truth but seek it out cultivating their minds and are immune to disinformation

- Winners do not seek justice from a system of injustice

- Winners do not wait for a teacher because they know that life is their classroom and use the cornucopia of tools in life to master oneself and to benefit others

- no matter how much one is being pulled in one direction or the other fluctuating between coming and going, rising and falling, etc winners always come back to the centre

- Winners know that in order for change, unremitting practise, commitment & repetition  is required, & that setbacks will occur but winners continue to focus on every little progress.
