The languages of the Téké family are spoken in the Republic of Congo and beyond its boundaries.
Nine dialects are part of this language family.

This spelling guide for the "Southwest" Téké language tries to regroup the tsayi, lali and tyé dialects.

the téké-tsayi (B73a – tyi) : spoken north of the Lékoumou.
the téké-lali (B73b – lli) : spoken south of the Lékoumou and in the Bouenza, Tsaki district.
the téké-tyé (B73d – tyx) : spoken in the Lékoumou and the Bouenza, as well as in the northwest of the Pool, Kindamba and Vinza districts.
