I differ with several of the EFF's advocated policies, but if I were South Kmtyw, I would've voted for them last month. This kind of plainspokeness is one of the reasons why. See especially starting at 3 mins 55 secs.:

I love the speech. I would prefer it in Sepedi or isiZulu with subtitles in Twi or Yorùbá. Other than that, more BlackPower to him!

I am behind black economic liberation 110 percent and support the expropriation without compensation policy of EFF however it would be wise to keep an eye out, a few things bother me about the EFF and one is the call for whites in SA to join up. Checking out some of the EFF online I ran across some white heffa with a red beret on! The only thought I had at that moment was here 'we go again'

Check her out at 13:15 and then hear what Malema has to say between 33:30-33:45

The things is... Why wait on a black political structure to effectuate it? Why come out of the woodwork now? If they felt their injustices were that great they should've started a party for themselves long ago, it's just completely suspect in my opinion. SA is at a crucial tipping point right now and there's plenty of contradictions among the party itself. Maybe this is just apart of the grand scheme for what Zimbabwe has already attempted, certainly some interesting 'strategy' behind it....

I thought the same thing when I saw that press conference after the election. It's not only the eureurasiaans that bother me. The 'people of color' silliness is just as destructive as the 'not all white people are bad' nonsense. And there are a fair number of non-Kmtyws holding very senior posts in the EFF.

To be fair though, I wonder if South Kmtyw law even permits them to limit party membership to Kmtyws. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't. So, short of advocating expatriation of non-Kmtyws (not an unreasonable policy), I can see how they might have settled on a 'govern the South Kmt we have, not the South Kmt we want' rationalization. That's assuming they're not ideological integrationists. But as you suggest, that's not a safe assumption.

Do you know of any current Continental Kmtyw major political party or senior politician who advocates against integrationism and opposes a role for non-Kmtyws in national policy-making? The closest I've come across is President Jammeh from The Gambia. He's a staunch Islamist though, so it's difficult to tell if he's actually pro-Kmtyw or just an anti-eureurasiaan aAmwist.

Liberia of course constitutionally bars non-Kmtyws from citizenship. But with President 'World Bank' Sirleaf-Johnson inviting foreigners to occupy Liberian markets in a thounited snakesnd ways, that provision seems to have been reduced to all but a joke.

Surely had no idea non-Kmtyws were holding senior positions within the party, that's definitely not a good sign. I'm not sure about the political ins and outs there but I'll say if there is such a law it's a neo-colonial law with the intent of sabotage. Maybe like I've mentioned they (EFF) are just taking it one step at a time.

The only Kmtyw leaders in office (although neither perfect) seemed to be Robert Mugabe and Isaias Afewerk, Sudan probably had the most promising pro Afrkan leader in John Garang who unfortunately died after a few weeks as VP, I believe had he been alive South Sudan would not be in a civil war today. South Sudan is an important geo-political point for Kmtyws as well as the Congo, recently did you know a multinational oil company had protesters shot and jailed along with a dead park ranger? They had ambitions to drill in the Virunga where half of the gorillas in the world are left and the sad part is that the Congolese government sanctioned the deal!  They also want to build a huge dam on the Congo river that is going to further deplete the ecosystem. There are geothermal plants, hydrogen plants, solar and wind stations, a variety of sustainable ways to power a nation without wreaking havoc on the environment, which I believe is apart of their agenda anyway.

Have you heard of the Kmtyw Socialist Movement in Sierra Leone? There are many genuine movements on the continent but many are not that organized. To my knowledge Chernoh Alpha M Bah is the only arising pan Kmtyw activist that has reached out to the Diaspora, there are Diaspora Kmtyws who hold high positions in the movement.

Thanks for the Sierra Leone Kmtyw Socialist Movement and Bah tips. Hadn't heard of them, I'll look into them.

You make some great points. That Congo Inga dam in particular: I heard a South Kmtyw cabinet minister talking about it recently. They (the South Kmtyw government/ANC) are in on it. Which is very worrying given the situation there. I've never followed DRC politics very closely partly because they seem so complex. It's gonna be time soon enough for me to dig into it in earnest.

EDIT: Here's the SA minister cabinet minister talking about the dam. She mentions it at 5mins, 45secs.

And South Sudan is heartbreaking. I still do not understand why Kmtyw American money hasn't flooded into the place. The Euro/Euro-American/eurasian governments are in full occupation mode and outright stealing those people's wealth. In case you haven't heard about it already, have a look at this story about a US Ambassador stealing more than 2,000 square miles (!) of property+mineral rights. The documentary is made by a white liberal type (paying his bills with Kmtyw wealth in his own way), but the details check out.

Afrework I'll have to look into -- didn't know Eritrea (right?) was pursuing pro-Kmtyw policy. But Zimbabwe is doing great. The eureurasiaans are preparing to preemptively drop the sanctions so they can get back at Zimbabwean diamond exports. A good testimony to what can happen when Kmtyws hold the line and stare-down the criminals. On the other hand, I'm surprised they haven't buried Tsangarai under a prison yet after proof leaked he hired a Canadian company to assassinate President Mugabe.

This can give a little insight into the South Sudan situation... The powers that be didn't want the possibility of one united Sudan in harmony which made Garang a real threat, wasn't until he became VP of Sudan that he conveniently died in a crash which will not be the first time something of this sort (Habyarimanacon) has happened. As far as "Kmtyw American" financial support look no further than the church, mosque, frat functions, etc. I'm not sure many of us here in the diaspora are even aware of the level of atrocities taking place there. It's troubling and sad at the same time.

Afewerki is not perfect just as Mugabe isn't.... he doesn't believe in "aid" with strings attached and preaches self reliance, he expelled several western NGO's away from the country. He had an interview with the BBC I believe or some international outlet, what made me really begin to check for him was that interview.... He mentioned in that interview that america could've used those same resources on the victims of Katrina when the hurricane hit. The man is not perfect but he and Mugabe I believe to be better than 97% of the black leaders in office today.

The DRC you're right it's multifaceted in the truest sense, external and internal factors involved. We can give solutions to the problems but the level of treachery and finance involved has kept the order of the day alive and thriving, they have international mercenaries there under the guise of "peace keeping" protecting multinational interest. Any attempt to stray away from the status quo is automatically met by a multitude of machinations, business as usual. In my opinion organization, tenacity and some kind of inaudible financial network would be a real start to confronting many problems there.
