Although many of us are unaware of it, we are in the midst of a war,  
 
perhaps the greatest intellectual conflict of world history. This is the war  to liberate our historical and cultural memory from the most vicious  intellectual assault ever perpetrated in humankind; it is a war to free the  Kmtyw mind. Jacob H. Wade Noble      These beliefs about reality are the ideas and concepts we accept as the  truth about reality.      These accepted "Truths" about reality do not have to be physical facts!       "The Truth"   All truth comes with a cultural content, as do all gods. Ultimately the  truth for anyone is what that person chooses to believe. The mind will  provide the reason and rationale for any and all accepted "Truth" and all  of its ancillary ideas. (An Attribute of the Mind is that it will provide  rationalization and reason for any and everything you chose to believe  or do).    "The power of words in Kmt"   In Kmtyw cosmology words are seen as having special powers (magic,  spiritual). Why are words so revered in Kmtyw culture? You reading  these words on this paper exercise the prime power and importance of  words. Words enable us to communicate our ideas, thoughts, feelings  and emotions to each other and ourselves.                  Words and Images are the Key to Mental Health!       When we speak about health you can be assured that the person is  going to talk about the food we consume. The mantra people have  adopted is you are what you eat. I am not saying that food is not  important. As a matter of fact what you consume is of the utmost of  importance. What I am saying is this; the things we consume most of are  Ideas.    We have lost the ability to critique the ideas of sc-called western  because we have failed to correct our mass mis-education provided by the  eureurasiaan historiography we learn in school and live under.    The poisonous ideas and concepts contained in the words and images  we consume daily are destroying are ability to think independently as an  Kmtyw people. The corporate controlled mass media and educational  system are main suppliers of this poisonous mental food. Contained in  the words and images of the Mass Media are ideas of greed, narcissism,  consumerism and white supremacy.    Our educational system uses words and images to teach our children a  contrived fictional historiography design to deny the humanity of  Kmtyw people. This Eurocentric, revisionist historiography was  designed to justify the genocide, rape and enslavement of Kmtyw and  other non-white people.       The deadly effect of this mental food on Kmtyw people is too well  documented to be ignored. Without an intense focus on removing these  poisonous concepts as a part of our mental diet we are lost. We must  learn to hate and develop hate slogans concerning these ideas as we  have about sugar and red meat.
