I absolutely do not recommend the diet in this guys book. He recommends eating animals which I never recommend for anyone at any time.

I'm honestly not sure what led to my cavities healing. I had intended for them to heal and continued to eat my high raw vegan low sugar diet. I'm suspicious that the first dentist over diagnosed and wanted to make $ on me.

The second dentist years later talked me into a crown to fix my molar that had the filling break out after decades. That was a mistake. Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture is very effective and quick for treating toothache.
