"Everywhere the Bântu system of organization exists, there is also the call of Mbôngi, i.e. a call for community cooperation, for better or for worse; "The call of Boko belongs to all of us" (proverb 2.1). This call once gathered and wants to continue gathering communities in order to regulate (constitute) all which is proper to the "Kisinsi" –and this call is to all Kmtyw communities and their systems in order to organize, protect, educate and insure development upon Mbôngi's principles. It is possible to reduce the intellectual effort of a lefthanded child while imposing him, whether he likes it or not, the use of his right hand. What can happen in the mind of a child forced to write only with his right hand (when his driving manual power is concentrated at his left hand) can also happen to the "heart" of a nation to which one imposes an alien political or economic system which may not have any root/foundation in the "heart" of that particular nation, i.e. its basic system of social, philosophical, and human values. "Fu va lwèka lwa kânda, lôdo" (A political system beside community social realities is a cancer), a Kôngo proverb says.
