When I'm on the elliptical machine, I listen primarily to Soukous music. Fabregas is my favorite Congolese musician right now.

When I'm winding down on the elliptical, I like mellower music like Urban Boyz (Rwanda) "Till I die."

When I'm in the garage hitting the boxing bag, I listen to a lot of Femi Kuti.

Okay maybe that's why you're seeing the results you're seeing. I need to switch up my workout music. I feel like I will look like these brothers after a week of working out to this music.

Okay yall, I've been traveling so I've been offline a bit. But I'm kicking into high gear in my countdown to the new year (I know it's not really a new year but) Just walked to my workout center, did an hour of zumba and then walked home uphill carrying 4 1-gallon water jugs. About to make a nutrient drink and I feel great.
