I usually make it with So Delicious sweetened vanilla coconut milk. They were out of that at the grocery store so I bought the only thing they had left which was plain unsweetened.

I didn't realize how much the vanilla and sweetener helped the taste of the smoothie. That smoothie turned out to be absolutely disgusting but since I used expensive nutrient powder, organic strawberries and organic blueberries...

I forced myself to drink it since 1) wasting food is a problem 2) since it's supposed to be more about health than taste, I tried to keep telling myself the ability to drink this is a gift don't waste it.

Guess who's going to buy vanilla sweetened coconut milk today?

Hilarious.  I just bought some meal replacement shakes yesterday.  I heard this brand was pretty good but my palate can be a lil high strung at times. We shall see because my diet needs an intervention.

Hmmmm Love Fela but Lagbaga wasnt quite for me. I listened to 4 songs 😯😯😯😯😯

I think I tend to like songs that have real instruments over synthesized. And maybe the lyrics would speak to me if I knew what they were saying but I didn't love the vocals.

 I'd love to integrate more Kmtyw music into my workouts. Any other recommendations?
