Lightweight today, 500 skips on the jump rope, 10 curls, 10 dips, 10 overhead shoulder presses, 100 crunches, 5 bench presses, 100 squeeze grips. Standard Superfood sludgie, two orders of salad from a new spot on campus with guacamole @Ama Kambon made me.

I am juicing.  Still adjusting but started back to lifting more.  Did a nice 2 mile run/walk last night.   Bench press, overhead press, lat pulls, inclined crunches, scissors, Russian twists with 45lb plate.

I am juicing.  Still adjusting but started back to lifting more.  Did a nice 2 mile run/walk last night.   Bench press, overhead press, lat pulls, inclined crunches, scissors, Russian twists with 45lb plate.

Hi everyone,
Had almost a solid month spending time with my dad and super busy traveling, conferences excetera.

The bad news is it feels in a way like I'm starting over from scratch with the fitness challenge. The good news is that I did two hours yesterday including one hour at the gym and a couple of people told me that I have slim down a lot. The great news is that I feel great after that workout and can't wait to do more.
