How did your week go health, diet, and/or fitnesswise?

Sent from my SM-J700T using Abibitumi Kasa mobile app
Week went great. Already feel like  I have more energy daily.  Today was looong! Up at 4:30am out coaching my youth track team until 5pm in Philadelphia.  Worked up a good sweat setting up tents and helping run the track set up.

My Abibitumi Kasa fitness challenge Nataki's 40x40 Stats for this week

Vegetable intake - 8lbs down 2lbs from 10lbs last week

Diet overall - Good.
Down from Excellent last week and great the week before.
This week included 2 screw ups.
Social eating on Friday on a date.  :-(
Emotional eating Saturday night

Weight - only lost 3 lbs but lost that horrible backfat so I'm  happy with that.

Fitness - worked out 5 days/6 times ~1.5 hours - Joined a gym yesterday
SUPER ON POINT

Water - only 50% of goal intake. But up 5% from last week's 45% total

Happy with overall progress

Been slacking off with the water intake. I think out of sight out of mind was the culprit. Came up with a new way to keep my water consumption at the forefront of my mind.

I put a tray table by the couch. Day 2 working well.

That looks like a sea anemone at the bottom of your water. I need to increase my water intake too, I think. I am considering doing green smoothies and water for a stretch. Maybe next week.

@BestVeganChef, thanks! Then 10 inverted push-ups against the door and 2 5-hold-5 push-ups. I realize that I didn't give myself enough credit when I was doing those more regularly. When I haven't done them for a while, I see how difficult they are.

Yay love this. Added it to my workout playlist so I can train with you one morning, digitally at least.

I scrolled through. I love the cameos of the children. I can't wait to taunt Kwaku when he gets older with all these half naked videos of him running around
