400 on the jump rope this morning. 5 sets of bench presses, 10 each. 100 ab roller thingies, 2 sets of 10 curls, 100 of the hand grip thingy on each hand.

How many did you get up to. When I first got back into it, I had difficulty with 100.

Take it easy. About 5 years ago when I started jumping rope for the first time pretty much since childhood I strained my back.

When I jumped rope my ankles screamed. I have immense respect for those sisters on the block back in the day who jumped rope all damn day long.

I do sets.  Or I would pass out.    Trust me my wife is on me about not over doing it because I still have to cut the grass lol.
