He's a former bodybuilder so he's always harping on muscle size. Also deadlifts, that's probably even more appropriate for the technique you employ for your slams. With squats you can do the movement without weights. Trust me you do enough and you will know you did them after.
Not videos of squats, I mean your videos of your slams against resisting opponents. :D

I don't think anyone in those videos was trying to get body slammed. It reminded me of when I took a self-defense class. I came home and told my ex to attack me the way the guy in class attacked me. He thought that was stupid so he attacked me the way he wanted to and body slammed me onto the bed repeatedly. There was nothing I could do about it and I'm sure if anyone were to see it they would have assumed that I wasn't resisting. It was the first time I really understood how strong men are compared to women. In that context it was hysterically funny that I was so powerless against  body slams. But the reality is that against weakness, strength looks effortless.

I walk around and slam people probably at a 3:1 ratio. Every few steps I'm lifting somebody up and ramming him/her into the concrete.
Well, as Dr. @Kamau_Kambon says, better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. If you ever do, you don't want that to be the first time that you've worked on it. Just cause I make it look easy doesn't mean that it is. LOL
The in shape looks may help, but personally I wouldn't want to bank my life on it. :meiafrente:
Lol 3:1 ratio!

So tell us how many times did you slam Obadele when y'all were young? You being his big sis and all.

@Obadele Kambon, aren't we lucky grew up in an age before everything was digitally archived?  @Agya Yaw even if you ask, he'll tell you I was / am more bossy than bodily aggressive.

Love it! Both he and Nana are extremely agile for their age.  I saw them both in action when cleaning up Bennu after the Flood last month. There is no way they could have done as much as they did if they had been sedentary and followed an unhealthy lifestyle in their earlier years.  This video is both impressive and inspiring!

Today's breakfast.  Oatmeal with dried cranberries, walnuts and a splash of almond milk. I've got 32 oz of green tea and ginger steeping and some water on the side.  @BestVeganChef I did this workout this AM. You've got to add it to your rotation !

You're welcome! I've been following her for a while on social media. Decided to see what her vids were like.  This Soca one is the truth!  I'm sore. I feel like I did  weight training.  Clearly this routine had me usher in the use of a few muscles that hadn't seen the light of day before. Can't wait to get the DVD I ordered.

Any such evidence, even if it existed would have been destroyed or long confiscated loooong before I repatriated...IF it ever existed. But why would anyone want to see anything as horrific as a bodyslam?

For those of you considering the water cleanse I used this site for helpful tips: http://www.allaboutfasting.com/water-fasting.html

I drank 10-13 bottles (16oz) of alkaline water every day.

But I also didn't do it just for weight loss. I needed a serious detox after having a bad reaction to some food days prior to the start of the AK Fitness Challenge.

I also got a (my first) colonic during the water cleanse.

I kept my activities to a minimum, and did more walking, yoga, and resting. Esp. because of the detox symptoms I had. Plus all that water requires that you stay near a bathroom....

400 on the skipping rope and 50 ab rolls.  Bench presses and curls, much to @Agya Yaw's chagrin. :)
