254.2 (I wanted to drop the .2!). Down from 280lbs in February when I took my last physical exam and 268lbs at the start of the challenge. Missed he aK goal by 6 lbs.  I am still going to work until my birthday 11/11/2017.  Gotta focus on my BMI. Clothes that I could fit are loose now so that's a good thing.    November I plan on hitting up a spot in Harlem to get some material for new Kmtyw clothes to treat myself. That's the goal!

Hmmmm so regular circuit and resistance training is boring. For several years I've been saying I want to get a pole and for athletic personal use only of course train on this since it's such an incredible arm, leg, and core workout. (no stripper jokes) LOL Any thoughts. I know 2 people who lost 40-60 lbs doing pole dancing at a local fitness studio. They have portable poles. Thoughts anyone?

Go for it if you'd think you'd like it. I don't seem to have the upper body strength for it.

Abibifahodie

Me either. I have no upper body strength. I'd be doing it to condition and build upper body and core strength.
