You should have seen back when I used to do intense workouts. That's probably how I got to be able to lift up and slam grown men against their will.

Check out my grocery haul for my fast.
I've got mangos, kale, ginger, mint, beets, lemons, oranges, carrots, raspberries, strawberries, herbal tea, coconut water, pineapples, apples, and spring water on deck.  I'm actually kind of excited! #herestohealth

I have seen 180 since college I think. At least 26 years ago

Nonetheless, today is a good day. I found a good boxing timer app and hit the bag for a good 30 minutes. No breakfast this morning just 66 fl oz of water. For lunch, I airfryed some whole okra and ate it with diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and a small cabbage salad.

Crazy, shortly after I made this post someone stole
My wallet and my phone.

Nonetheless, I'm back and I'm down to 204.8. I've got 15 lbs to go.

Sorry to hear that. Interestingly, that's where I started. I think I'll go for 185 as the minimum weight where it won't turn into diminishing returns in terms of Combat Capoeira. Some of these cats are big and heavy.
