From what I hear you actually recover faster from workouts and are able to get stronger.  Not sure how true that is or not but one of the people in the What the Health doc was football player who stated that. I think that is where I saw that.  A long time ago I had a friend who competed in the Mr. Natural completion. He was a trainer at a gym near where I live.

Looking solid! What are "enhancers?" And are you the one on the left or the right?

Probably 175 and see from there since there are still soft spots. I was 165 for the longest but that may be too light. I definitely don't think I would want to go below 170.

@obadele "enhancers" are illegal steroids and performance enhancers. It is near impossible to compete at that level without it. The ones who are clean don't make it far. There is no testing in that league either. I could compete in a "drug free league" but I have always found them boring and you get very little notoriety. My perception and lifestyle has changed so I may consider competing "drug free"

Sounds like an invitation for early death. Me, I don't even take aspirin or any allopathic poison disguised as medicine. What is your goal in terms of doing something functional with your strength or is it for aesthetics and competition?

Nana, at this junction I look to just be in optimal condition for survival. I have clients that I personal train and help with nutrition, so it is also about promoting a healthy LIFESTYLE. Obesity, disease and just plain laziness is an epidemic here.
I noticed you mention swimming in a post, I have to learn to swim to be able to incorporate into my regiment as well.

That sounds like a useful objective. The lifestyle is the key. Too many are living an unhealthy death-style as @Kamau_Kambon puts it.
True, indeed. I've noticed that is the case over there. Also, unfortunately amerikkka continues exporting its death-style to other places in the world.

With all of the weight you've lost, has your strength gone down?
